Counselling for Business Employees: A counsellor will hold face to face talks or telephone counselling which supports businesses' work colleagues to help solve personal and work related problems.
Where applicable, staff return to work within a shorter time frame and are emotionally lighter.

When people struggle with anxiety they can speak to themselves in a negative, critical and condemning way believing they 'should be able to get it together' and 'sort themselves out.' This is not only unhelpful but damaging to a persons self esteem.
Anxiety/Panic: Experiencing occasional anxiety is a normal part of life. However, people with anxiety disorders frequently have intense, excessive and persistent worry and fear about everyday situations. Often, anxiety disorders involve repeated episodes of sudden feelings of intense anxiety and fear or terror that reach a peak within minutes (panic attacks).
